About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate software engineer who is looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced and high growth tech scaleup.

You’ll join our experienced engineering group as part of the data team and will work on all things data, from the microservices and databases that serve our customers to the analytics platform we use to make our decisions.

In this role you will:

  • Work in a constantly evolving environment with lots of opportunity to develop as the business grows.
  • Work on a wide variety of technologies and be given time to explore new ones.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, scientists & other engineers to deliver brilliant data products & systems.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • A problem solver who enjoys building systems that drive all parts of the company forward.
  • Passionate about building great software and willing to jump into all parts of a modern stack.
  • Experience with some of the following (and an excitement to learn the others):
*Python *Linux/ Docker/ AWS/ GCP/ SQL
  • Easy to get on with and communicates well with technical and non-technical people.
  • A self starter, who will not be afraid to challenge the status quo to get to a better outcome.
  • Excited about the challenge of a start-up – especially getting to help shape the business from an early stage.

Logistics & Application:

The position will be based at our offices in Oval, South London. The hiring process involves an initial phone conversation, followed by a technical interview, and a CV interview with the senior team.
