We would like you to be...

• A leader with demonstrable experience in defining and implementing innovation projects or business strategies for companies across different industries.
• Passionate about understanding consumers and businesses, with a strong balance between analytical and creative skills.
• Comfortable exploring, defining, and challenging operating models, business models, and P&L.
• Comfortable writing at a high standard, as well as dealing with numerical data; i.e. analyzing quantitative data sets.
• Experienced working with senior-level and C-level clients to create significant change.
• Able to use design research, market research, and business analytics to help identify market insights, problems, and trends that shape new products and services.
• A problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive –­ and the guts – to bring them to life.
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together.
• Fluent in English – other languages are a bonus!
