As eCRM Manager at Wollit, you will be our voice for the customers. You will be handling all strategic communication with our users, as well as conversations through support. Your key responsibilities will be:

Email Marketing and Automation:

  • Create scalable systems which manage customer segmentation and communications in an automated, personalized and efficient manner
  • Take ownership of a wide-array of email campaigns
  • Monitor and update email campaigns to ensure they are running as expected
  • Actively test and optimize all email campaigns and individual messages
  • Ideate, write and implement all email campaigns
  • Develop a modular/templated email production system which generates consistency in email design and quickens deployment

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage and build relationships with our current customer base through timely and personalised communications
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers from the onboarding process throughout their full lifecycle
  • Communicate customer issues and feedback from our current users to the relevant teams within Wollit

Customer research:

  • Design strategies to conduct continuous customer research and translate your findings into insights within the organization
  • Be the reference point for all customer-related questions within the company
  • Work with the entire Wollit team increases lifetime customer value, retention and customer satisfaction throughout all of our products and services


Skills and experience:

  • +3 years experience in a professional marketing capacity, particularly in email marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and executing automated email marketing programs
  • Experience in managing complex systems and workflows
  • Analytical skills to collect, understand and translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Especially in written communication * Can deliver different messages efficiently: from light-hearted newsletters to sterner missed payment emails * Simple and engaging writing style


Bonus points for:

  • Experience working in a B2C environment
  • Experience in finance, banking or insurance
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing communications
