Prince’s Trust International is a dynamic organisation going through a period of change as we adapt our delivery models for digital channels and platforms. Our digital programme strategy seeks to both supplement and enhance our services for young people, growing both the quality and scale of our work.

We are currently delivering face to face and virtual programmes across Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. The digital strategy for the next 12 months focuses on supporting the growth of the digital elements of these programmes, as well as growing specific digital innovations in Africa and the Caribbean.

Our digital innovation projects are currently in prototype stages – as we gather feedback from targeted audiences in our pilot countries before moving to scale. We work in sprints with cross-functional project teams collaboratively leading this work. We are looking for a digital and design lead who can take over the senior strategic guidance of the project teams to provide quality control and technical expertise. The role will have direct line management of staff in the Digital and Design team.

It is critical that the person taking on this role has experience in leading on the development of digital products or projects internationally, with experience of design thinking methodologies and agile working.

This role is based in London, UK, but with flexibility for remote working and the possibility of some overseas travel.

Having a criminal record will not automatically exclude applicants.

We are committed to equality and believe in building a diverse organisation that is representative of and responsive to the needs of our young people and stakeholders.
