We’ve laid solid foundations for how we think about Culture Operations over the years, but as we enter our next stage of growth we’re looking for someone to supercharge our thinking and execution. We want someone to champion our mission to ‘Make Work Better’ internally, working closely with our Chief of Staff to do so.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft and nurture our culture to create an environment where the team can and want to do their best work
  • Gain broad exposure across all business areas, building an in-depth understanding of how to impactfully use Culture Operations to set our team and the business up for success
  • Be responsible for running and optimising our hiring and onboarding processes
  • Mastermind our company meetups (whether that be hybrid, remote, or in-person) by creating unique experiences to bring the team together
  • Ideate around new policies and processes that align with our mission to Make Work Better
  • Support or lead across a variety of projects (CSR, re-designing our office space, relaunching our values, specific DE&I projects, mental health etc.)
  • Empower the team to view spaces as tools and enable them to thrive in a remote/hybrid world
Requirements
  • 2+ years Operations experience
  • Experience supporting across or running hiring processes
  • Confident running projects end-to-end with little help
  • Energetic and creative - you thrive when planning a wide variety of activities
  • A self-starter with a desire to learn a broad range of skills
  • An all-rounder - you can be thrown at any problem and come back with solutions

Nice-to-haves (but definitely not requirements)

  • Experience building culture or running operations specifically in small businesses
  • Worked in a tech business, and familiar with our ways of working (cross-functional teams, OKRs etc.)

This is a permanent full-time role. We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in London
