A New Direction delivers training, mentoring, career support and advice, events and networking opportunities for diverse and talented young creatives in London – connecting them to the best employers and opportunities in the cultural, creative and digital industries.

We run the Good Growth Hub in East London, where we deliver a range of programmes, including STEP, Creative & Cultural Opportunities Programme, Creative Connect, Freelance Exchange and Flipside, as well as events, seminars and networking opportunities.

Our other programmes include Creativity Works, Royal Docks and Moving On Up. We are proud to be a certified Kickstart gateway – working regularly with employers across the creative, cultural and digital industries committed to fair pay and inclusive working cultures.
