Do great work. Go home on time. We help businesses face change head-on by improving what they’ve already got or by building something new together. As a team of around 80, we’re a bunch of product managers, designers, technologists and business designers all solving real business problems. We work on projects from start to finish, building things and then sticking around to make sure they survive in the real world.Learn more than anywhere else in your career. At Idean, you’ll have the freedom to explore different types of challenges. You’ll build businesses, not powerpoints. From creating a mobile network from scratch to changing the way rental deposits work – each brief is a learning curve. We pick people for projects based on their experience, not their job title. If you’re up for it, the opportunity is there. And when we say we work with the client, we mean it: we’re in a room together, making decisions together, working towards the same thing.Work somewhere that cares about youWe believe what’s good for people is good for business. So we make room for the things you care about. We talk about our mental health, we run sustainability and diversity and inclusion working groups, and one of us teaches yoga to the studio. And that’s just the top of the list.We trust each other to try our hardest and to look out for each other. We’ll help you get set up with a routine that works for you. And at the end of the day, we make sure you get home on time. Because everyone has a life outside of work too.
