Admissions Associate

Jolt is looking for an Admissions Associate to join the UK team to support students enrolling onto one of our new B2C offerings. You will play an integral role in managing the smooth and efficient onboarding of all students who pass the specific entry requirements for this programme.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Total ownership of UK B2C sales funnel
  • Respond to a high volume of email enquiries quickly and effectively
  • Conduct telephone sales calls for inbound and outbound leads
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our programmes and software
  • Assess applications in line with specific criteria, meeting set targets and deadlines
  • Responding to applications whilst maintaining brand reputation
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally on a daily basis
  • Solving operational or technical problems with applications
  • Prepare statistical reports on application numbers and trends
  • Manage pipeline via CRM system


  • 1-2 years experience in sales
  • Ed Sales/B2C experience - a plus
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively to solve problems
  • Confidence dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks - happy to get your hands dirty and the job done
  • Strong IT skills which include creating spreadsheets, managing databases, manipulating data using formulas and creating statistical reports.
  • CRM system experience beneficial
